As a small business, we value your trust and satisfaction. That's why we have a 30-day return policy in place. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Exceptions to our return policy include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about returning a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
For customers in the European Union, we also adhere to the 14-day cooling off period, which allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply - the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
